The App provides a creative coloring experience with procedurally generated canvases, a curated image library, and the ability to transform your own photos into coloring pages. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. The App is designed with privacy in mind and operates primarily on your device without transmitting personal data to external servers.
1.1 User-Generated Content
User Photos: The App allows you to import photos from your device's photo library, camera, or Files app to create custom coloring pages. These photos are processed entirely on your device using local algorithms and are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your photos to any external servers.
Coloring Projects: Your coloring progress, including filled regions, color selections, and project metadata, is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data may be synchronized across your devices via Apple iCloud if you have iCloud enabled.
Generated Canvases: Coloring canvases are generated entirely on your device using Metal GPU shaders. No external services are involved in the canvas generation process.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes. The App functions entirely on your device, with optional iCloud synchronization provided by Apple.
3. Local Processing and Data Storage
3.1 On-Device Processing
The App performs all image processing and canvas generation locally on your device using Metal GPU shaders. This includes:
- Voronoi diagram generation using Jump Flood Algorithm (JFA)
- SLIC superpixel segmentation for photo-based canvases
- Color palette extraction using K-means clustering
- Edge rendering and antialiasing
No image data is sent to external servers for processing.
3.2 Local Storage
Your coloring projects, progress, and imported photos are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud, this data may be synchronized across your Apple devices according to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy.
3.3 Library Images
The App includes a curated library of images for coloring. These images are downloaded from our content delivery network (Cloudflare) when you browse or select them. This is a one-way download of static image files only — no user data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted to Cloudflare. We do not track which specific images you view or color.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Content Delivery (Cloudflare)
We use Cloudflare solely as a content delivery network (CDN) to serve static image assets (coloring pages) to the App. Cloudflare does not receive any user data from our App. For more information about Cloudflare's privacy practices, visit: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
4.2 Apple iCloud
If you enable iCloud synchronization, your coloring projects may be stored in your personal iCloud account. This is governed by Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
5. Disclosure of Your Information
5.1 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, investigate wrongdoing, or ensure the safety of users or the public.
5.2 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, any information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before it becomes subject to a different policy.
6. Data Security
Your coloring projects and imported photos are stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to this data. Apple provides security measures for data stored on your device and in iCloud.
7. Your Choices and Controls
7.1 Project and Photo Management
You can delete your coloring projects and imported photos at any time through the App. Data synchronized through Apple iCloud can be managed according to Apple's iCloud data management policies and through your iCloud settings. Deleting content from one device will synchronize deletion across your connected devices.
7.2 iCloud Synchronization
You can disable iCloud synchronization for the App in your device's Settings under iCloud preferences.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for users of all ages. We do not collect personal information from any users, including children. The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or any features that collect or transmit personal data.
9. International Data Transfers
Library images are served via Cloudflare's global CDN, which may involve servers in various locations. However, since no personal data is transmitted, this does not affect your privacy.
10. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to external sites or services not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these external entities. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. We will notify you by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
